Write down anything that comes into your head, even if it seems silly or ridiculous. You might be surprised with how much this exercise helps!</span></p>

They can be anything: relationships, work, travel, education, etc., but they should include your desired end-state.</span></p>

Instead, let them out and release them from your mind. You&#8217;ll find that as you work through those emotions, they will gradually fade away. The more positive energy that comes from those emotions, the easier it will be for those desires to manifest into reality!</span></p>
